Haha Says He Had a Real Crush on Jeon Hye Bin

Haha confessed that he once had a crush on actress Jeon Hye Bin, and he wasn’t kidding.

Haha will appear on the August 2 broadcast of tvN’s Taxi to reveal that he once had an actual crush on the actress.



He first opened up about the nickname ‘playboy’ he recently got after he was thought to be hitting on a female celebrity on the set of a show.

Haha said, “It’s just meant to be a welcoming greeting for the female guests,” and suddenly dropped the bomb by saying, “Once, I acted in a love line for a sitcom with Jeon Hye Bin, but I really started to like her so I brought up my courage to ask her out. She refused with a very serious face, though.”

The episode will also feature Haha’s close friend Skull, the reggae musician who became the first Korean to make it as high as no. 3 on the Billboard Chart’s R&B/Hip-Hop Singles Chart.

Skull revealed that he’s currently “preparing an album with Mariah Carey’s big brother, Morgan Carey,” and he will also talk about how he came to succeed in the American market before all the other prominent singers in YG Entertainment, despite the fact that he wasn’t as well-known or fluent in English as most of them.

Haha and Skull will then leave the Taxi for a while to put on a surprise performance on the streets of Hongdae for their fans.
