B.A.P‘s maknae Zelo has been given permission to call his sunbae Kan Mi Yeon “auntie”!
TS Entertainment revealed to allthatkpops that on the August 9th episode of MBC Radio‘s ‘Kan Mi Yeon’s Close Friend‘, radio host Kan Mi Yeon met up with the six boys of B.A.P for the second time. After finding out that Zelo had been born just a year before she debuted as a member of Baby V.O.X, Kan Mi Yeon readily allowed him to call her “auntie”.
Kan Mi Yeon made her debut in 1997, while Zelo was born in 1996. Kan Mi Yeon had previously mentioned how youthful she was to her listeners, but took a complete change in attitude after she melted under Zelo’s cute aegyo. As soon as he called her “auntie”, she replied, “Zelo, what? I’ll buy you something delicious to eat.”
B.A.P. also impressed listeners during the radio’s ‘personal talents’ segment. Zelo did a remix of of Yang Hee Eun‘s famous catchphrase “What’s your name?“, Daehyun showed off his seven high notes and beatbox skills, Himchan pulled off a special aegyo set, while Bang Yong Guk, who recently earned attention for his ‘naughty aegyo‘, sang SECRET‘s “Shy Boy” in his characteristic low-toned voice.
