D-Unit’s Wooram cries over T-ara member Boram’s worsening health

D-Unit‘s Wooram began crying as she talked about T-ara member Boram‘s worsening health.

Both T-ara and D-Unit appeared on the September 8th broadcast of MBC‘s ‘Music Core‘. Although the two have similar promotional schedules and would potentially meet frequently at music programs, they have not been able to do so due to the T-ara scandal.

Wooram was able to meet her older sister, Boram, during her free time and talk with her. Wooram relayed, “Unni lost too much weight. It’s to the extent of being a skeleton. Because of the ‘T-ara’ problem, she had a lot of worries and concerns so she didn’t eat well“, in which she began crying over Boram’s worsening health.

However, Boram tried to comfort her younger sister as she told her, “It’s not to the extent of worrying. I’m doing well so don’t worry.” Wooram explained, “Everyday, T-ara related articles come up and because of the public’s negative view, the members seem to have a lot of worries and troubles.

Wooram promised to T-ara’s Boram that she would rise to the original position as she stated, “Unni placed first on music programs. Because the T-ara members worked hard, they were able to achieve these accomplishments. Rank is not important for D-Unit, but we hope to work hard and achieve 1st.

D-Unit’s representative revealed, “The sister relationship between Boram and Wooram is exceptional. It’s good to see them encourage each other. Wooram’s concern over Boram’s deteriorating health and weight loss is substantial. It would be good to see them promote healthily.

T-ara pre-records comeback stage for ‘M! Countdown’ + cancels “little T-ara” performance

It has been reported that T-ara has pre-recorded their performance for their first comeback stage on ‘M! Countdown‘ for “Sexy Love” and most likely will not be appearing on stage during the live broadcast.

The group will be appearing on ‘M! Countdown’ scheduled to air on September 6th, however, their performance will not be live, but rather pre-recorded. The staff of the show revealed, “T-ara has been recording since early in the morning. Media representatives are not allowed.”

In addition, it has also been revealed that the group will no longer be performing with “little T-ara” due to the negative reaction from the public, who voiced that it was inappropriate to put in children around the age of 10 for a comeback performance titled “Sexy Love”.

As the agency has decided to utilize the pre-recording method rather than a live performance, many speculated that it was probably due to the fear of outlash from antifans. However, Core Contents Media refuted the speculations, stating, “There are many instances when comeback stages are pre-recorded. Also, there are many cases when groups will pre-record and then head over to other schedules and not stand on the actual stage during the live broadcast… We are not intentionally avoiding standing on the live broadcast stage. It is actually a stranger event when one pre-records and waits backstage during the actual broadcast as well.”

T-ara receives criticism for ‘little T-ara’ + CCM responds

After revealing that their comeback stage would be joined by ‘little T-ara‘, T-ara is receiving criticism for using children in their promotions of “Sexy Love“.

T-ara’s “Sexy Love” comeback stage on the September 6th KST broadcast of Mnet‘s ‘M! Countdown‘ will be joined by young girls, who have been dubbed ‘little T-ara’.

However, in light of a recent controversy involving children (Note: Not related to T-ara or Core Contents Media), many netizens are outraged at the idea of young girls being involved in the performance considering the song’s sexy concept. They cited the 15+ viewer rating of ‘M! Countdown’ and T-ara’s bullying controversy in their criticisms as well.

Core Contents Media responded on the 4th, “[Little T-ara] is not performing with them [for the song], but are participating in the opening stage. “

“Little T-ara will be performing separately from T-ara in a 35-second opening stage, in which they’ll do the robot dance for the concept… Afterwards, the T-ara members will appear and perform their song.”

T-Jinyo representatives reject Kim Kwang Soo’s offer to meet

The representatives of T-Jinyo (‘We Demand the Truth about T-ara‘) have rejected Core Content Media CEO Kim Kwang Soo‘s offer to meet.

The CEO offered to meet with T-Jinyo earlier today in order to clear up any alleged misunderstandings about the recent issues concerning T-ara and former member Hwayoung.

On August 3 KST, T-Jinyo made a post titled, “We’ll let you know about the meeting between Core Contents Media and T-Jinyo.”

The contents stated, “After speaking with the organizer of this meeting, we’ve decided that we will not meet with CCM. We feel that it would be faster to get the truth from the T-ara members themselves rather than Kim Kwang Soo.”

“If the representatives of T-Jinyo and Kim Kwang Soo were to meet, it would be an [open and clear] meeting. T-Jinyo is not a simple anti-fan cafe, so we will not be appearing as a whole. Please send any questions concerning the protest to ‘Sajungyeon’ (social union) rather than to T-Jinyo. T-Jinyo is a cafe for public indignation, while Sajungyeon is a cafe for people who would like to take action.”

T-Jinyo will hold their protest on August 4 at 5PM KST in front of the Core Contents Media building.

Idol groups scramble to avoid overlapping their comebacks with T-ara’s ‘Sexy Love’ comeback

Entertainment companies are scrambling to find out the exact date for T-ara‘s “Sexy Love” comeback in order to avoid having their own comebacks overshadowed by the issues that may be brought up with T-ara’s comeback.

Having seen T-ara’s controversy bury all other news over the past few days, industry officials with idol groups that were originally scheduled to make a comeback near August or September have revealed that they’re working avoid overlapping with T-ara’s comeback. Although Core Contents Media announced that there would be no change to the girls’ upcoming comeback, their concert has already been postponed, leading to hints of a similar fate for their “Sexy Love” release.

The single is currently slated for an August 14th release, but the distribution date hasn’t been set in stone yet.

One official from a group preparing for comeback commented, “If T-ara were to postpone their comeback by just a bit, there’s a chance they’ll overlap with us. We feel that it’s best to avoid them altogether since it’s obvious that they’ll bring with them a lot of other issues. We’re looking to keep a fair distance away from T-ara’s comeback.”

The two sisters, who went to visit CCM’s president Kim Kwang Soo the day before on the 31st KST, were revealed to have met with a representative of Maru Entertainment.

T-ara’s first domestic concert to be postponed

T-aras first domestic concert, which was originally scheduled for August 11th, will be postponed.

Despite earlier announcements that stated that the group will go on with all their planned activities, T-ara has been canceling upcoming events with the backlash they’ve currently been receiving from the public.

As such, it seemed inevitable that their upcoming domestic concert would have to face changes in plans as well.

“The upcoming T-ara concert on the 11th has been postponed,” Core Contents Media stated. “The members of T-ara desperately requested for the agency to postpone their first domestic concert on the 11th.”

The representative also added, “While talking it over with CEO Kim Kwang Soo, the members stated, ‘In a situation like this, we don’t think we can show fans bright, happy, and lively sides of ourselves on stage. Fans will probably not enjoy seeing us that way as well,’ and requested for the postponement of the concert.”

The issue of tickets being refunded was also mentioned by the agency when they stated, “Although reports claimed that large amounts of ticket refund requests had come in for T-ara’s first domestic concert, we’ve only received 20-30 requests.”

“We believe that the only way we can repay fans is for T-ara to become more mature and self-reflect in light of this situation and continue to create good music. With that said, we will be concluding ‘Day by Day‘ promotions,” said the agency.

In related news, although there will not be group activities for the time being, Soyeon, Eunjung, and Hyomin will be carrying on their individual activities with their respective dramas.

Hwayoung leaves a secret message for fans on Twitter?

In response to the recent controversy with T-ara, Hwayoung left a message to fans on Twitter.

The former T-ara member’s post thanked her fans for their concern and asked them to discontinue their protests. She also asked for forgiveness for her actions and promised to return with an improved image.

Though the unexpected apology and request for ceasefire was surprising, there is rumored to be an alleged hidden message in Hwayoung’s post.

Fans all over the world have started to point out that if the first letters of each line of the message are read vertically, the message “Only fans know” can be seen. Because of this alleged secret message, some are saying that Hwayoung may not truly be apologizing for her actions.

Fans commented on the fact that Hwayoung did not insert a space between her words purposefully, and these speculations have spread like wild fire across the internet.

However, it’s important to note that depending on the type of browser used, the words may not align at all.

What do you think? Did Hwayoung mean to spell out “Only fans know” as a way of showing her true thoughts? Or are fans reacting to a coincidence?
