G-Dragon's “That XX” is a all kill, even managed to bring down PSY's “Gangnam Style”

BigBang G-Dragon's new song, "That XX" is rated as a 19 plus only track, but that did not stop fans from supporting their idol's new song, and despite of the 19 plus only content, it still sweeps all of the music charts as soon as its release.

YG Entertainment released the poster for “That XX" with a Rated R/19 stamp before the official release of the song. But soon after the song was made public, it immediately dominated all music charts. This shows that his fan base is not limited to teenagers, he also attract fans in the 20s to 30s range.

The popularity of "That XX" has exceeded “Gangnam Style”, the track managed to bring down PSY's "Gangnam Style," which was topping many charts for over a month and a half. It is worth to mention that the G-Dragon and PSY are under the same agency, which says that it is an interesting battle between the label mates that drew some enthusiastic attentions from the fans of the two songs.

What is the hidden secret of having such a strong title and is rated R/19 + before its even release to the public? While everyone was still talking about the truth behind for rating the song, the track came out rather surprising as it turns out that, the song, "That XX" is mellow and acoustic track that speaks of a man's feelings towards someone he loves, who blindly believes her current boyfriend had not cheated on her. G-Dragon feels sorry for her but at the same time he is upset about not able to let the girl know his true feeling toward her.

G-Dragon is always known for his talent in producing, his unique ideas and rich imagination allowed him to create many hit tracks. As expected, his new song "That XX" is just as always that he wrote a straight forward and heartfelt lyrics to the song.

G-Dragon plays the dual roles as the man that falls in love with a woman that does not like him, and at the same time the boyfriend of the girl treats girl badly. YG Entertainment's rookie singer Kim Jennie will be featured in the MV and plays the role as the innocent beloved woman.
