HaHa and Lee Kwang Soo warn fans of ‘Running Man’ imposters

Running Man‘ cast members HaHa and Lee Kwang Soo have stepped forward and warned fans of people posing as ‘Running Man’ staff members.

HaHa retweeted several tweets made by the ‘Running Man’ staff. One read, “To those who have been pretending to be ‘Running Man’ staff in Paju and Gimpo! There is absolutely no filming for ‘Running Man’ scheduled on the 6th and 7th. We are planning to request for an investigation on this issue. Please do not fall for this. Spread the word.

HaHa added, “I heard they’re even trying to get the students to get into the car! They’re imposters! I’m retweeting this to warn everybody.”

The singer also retweeted the post, “Please spread the word. To everyone who loves ‘Running Man’, please do not get fooled. I heard they’re even carrying t-shirts with name tags on them, so please be careful.”

Taken aback by the issue, Lee Kwang Soo also warned his followers by writing, “There is no filming for ‘Running Man’ today… And we never cast people off the streets and ask them to get into the cars. I don’t know exactly why there are imposters, but please be careful. What a scary world…

Along with the posts, several photos of a fake mission paper with the title ‘Running Man episode 113‘ and a fake ‘Running Man’ vehicle have surfaced.

Netizens have reacted commenting, “Is this a new method of kidnapping?“, “Wow, this gave me the goosebumps“, “Don’t ever get in cars of strangers“, and more.

Idol members request gifts from MC Yoo Jae Suk on ‘Running Man’

The ‘nation’s MC’ Yoo Jae Suk has once again experienced a mental breakdown upon hearing idol members’ demands for lavish gifts.

The July 22nd broadcast of SBS‘s ‘Running Man‘ aired a 2012 Olympic special and consisted of idol members competing against the fixed cast members in various games of athletics.

Towards the end of the ‘hide-and-seek’ race, HaHa put Yoo Jae Suk on the spot as he remarked, “[Jae Suk hyung] is really good at buying things for people,” and joked, “He bought IU a car.” On a previous episode of ‘Running Man’, Yoo Jae Suk was put under a sticky situation of possibly having to buy IU a brand new car as a late birthday present.

Upon hearing HaHa’s joke, the idol members were surprised and asked if it was true. Taken aback, Yoo Jae Suk immediately tried to explain himself by saying, “I didn’t buy her…” but was unable to finish his sentence, as it was already too late.

CNBLUE‘s Jung Yonghwa put in his request to the MC saying, “We’ll be moving to our new dorm soon, so could you buy us a new refrigerator?” Following his lead, MBLAQ‘s Lee Joon also pitched in, “I live with my parents, but there hasn’t been any air conditioning in our house for the past 10 years. Please buy us an air conditioning system.”

ZE:A‘s Lim Siwan added to the list, “Our dorm is too small for all of us to live in…” and to this, the Running Man members added, “Oh so you need a house.” And unable to miss this golden opportunity, T-ara‘s Eunjung remarked, “I have been feeling exhausted lately. I think I need a massage chair.

In the end, Yoo Jae Suk faced Lee Kwang Soo and desperately asked, “Please lend me 200 million won (~$175,000 USD),” causing everyone to burst into laughter.

Lee Kwang Soo’s past manly photos shock netizens

Lee Kwang Soo‘s past photos have been gaining attention lately, as they were recently uploaded on an online community site.

Posted along with the title, “The gum-chewing Lee Kwang Soo’s past“, the photos show Lee Kwang Soo sporting a mustache and showing off his six-pack. Netizens were surprised at the sight of these pictures, as they revealed Lee Kwang Soo’s previously masculine and charismatic image as opposed to his currently fully-clothed and silly self seen in SBS‘s ‘Running Man’.

Netizens commented, “Is this really Lee Kwang Soo the giraffe?“, “[But] this is far from his [usual] dim-witted image. His charisma [was] the best,” “His manliness is overflowing,” and, “Even if he picked a fight with Kim Jong Kook (fellow ‘Running Man’ cast member), he seems like he’d be fine.
