Details on JYJ’s Junsu upcoming solo repackaged album released

More details on JYJ Junsu‘s upcoming repackaged solo album have been revealed.

The singer is currently in Los Angeles working with a long list of top staff members to perfect his album to the best of his ability. C-JeS Entertainment stated, “Junsu is currently recording English songs for his world tour, and there are plans for him to begin recording a music video shortly.”

The representative continued, “We cannot yet release the song’s title and genre, but the album includes the participation of Sony Music‘s composer Bruce Automatic Vanderveer, who previously worked with the likes of Christina Aguilera, The Wanted, and Leona Lewis earlier this year.”

Composer Automatic expressed, “I was surprised by XIA, as he’s someone who truly sings from the heart. I thought we’d need two days for his recording process, but we really only needed one. Throughout the recording, I couldn’t help but be impressed by his skills. I’m really glad to be able to work with him.”

His music video will also be a collaboration with top names. Directed by Marc Klasfeld, who has experience producing for “We are Young“, which was a recent Billboard hit, along with Beyonce, Eminem, Jay-Z, and Far East Movement. He stated, “I was surprised when I saw XIA’s music video for ‘Tarantallegra’. His performance was amazing, as is the same with his facial expressions and acting. I’m looking forward to working with him.”

Junsu himself expressed, “I earned a lot of confidence after releasing my worldwide album and going on a world tour. I feel that my confidence will build towards even better results. I’m glad that I’m working with such amazing people.”

His first solo repackaged album will be released mid-August. Junsu will then go on a world tour until October, which includes concerts in North and South America as well as Europe.

JYJ’s Junsu becomes the first Korean artist to rank #1 on Chile’s music chart

JYJ‘s Junsu has once again proven his global popularity by ranking first on Chile’s music chart.

On July 10th, Junsu’s solo album ‘Tarantallegra‘ ranked #1 on the chart of Chile’s popular television channel ETC-TV. This chart shows the popular songs in Chile and Junsu is the first Korean singer to place first on the chart.

A representative from the concert in Chile said, “JYJ’s popularity has soared since their concert here in March. On top of that, the interest in Korea has risen and it is not hard to hear a JYJ ringtone on the streets. Requests for JYJ to perform again in Chile have been flooding in.

As expected, Junsu has expressed his happiness by saying, “I am even happier because I see that the world tour has brought great outcomes. Chile is a country far away from Korea, but hearing that there are fans who listen and love my music makes me so happy and it gives me a stronger sense of responsibility. Thank you.

C-JeS Entertainment said, “Kim Junsu’s Asia Tour is ending, but numerous amounts of love calls from the Americas, Europe, and South America has been flooding in and now we can truly feel that he truly is a world star.”

Junsu’s global popularity can be felt with “Tarantallegra” being ranked first in May on China’s monthly chart and placing first on Germany’s Asian music chart.
