Kim Woo Bin from ‘Gentlemen’s Class’ sheds his rebellious student image





Famous model and rookie actor Kim Woo Bin shed his rebellious, high-school-student image from the drama SBS‘ ’Gentlemen’s Class‘ and revealed his masculinity.


On August 7th, Sidus HQ, Kim Woo Bin’s agency, released pictures from a recent photo shoot that brought out the inner-beast of Kim Woo Bin.


In the released pictures, the rising rookie actor is styled in an all-black suit, exuding charisma.


Already heavily active as a model, Kim Woo Min showed off his towering height and luxury model pose, emitting a different aura compared to his adorable rebel image in the drama.


In related new, viewers can catch ‘Gentlemen’s Class’ on the 11th at 9:50PM on SBS.

Yuri of Girls’ Generation voted as celebrity people most want to see in bikini





Girls’ Generation member Yuri has been chosen as the female star people most want to see in a bikini.


A beachwear brand recently released a survey asking, “Which celebrity would look best in a bikini?


1200 people participated in the survey, and in the end, Girls’ Generation’s Yuri got 364 votes (30.6%), taking the number one spot. Yuri appeared in the drama ‘Fashion King‘, and some scenes at a gym are reported to have given viewers a glimpse of her great figure.


In 2nd place is actress Yoon Jin Yi who is starring in the SBS drama ‘Gentlemen’s Class‘. She received 336 votes (28.3%) and was very close to taking the top spot from Yuri.


Third place went to Oh Yeon Seo, who stars in the KBS2 drama ‘You Who Rolled in Unexpectedly‘, while 4th place went to freelance weather woman Park Eun Ji and 5th place to comedian Byun Suh Eun.


What is noticeable is that stand out sexy stars such as actress Kim Hye Soo and singer Lee Hyori did not rank in the top 5. A staff person at ‘The Beach Shop’ stated, “Instead of the women who have glamorous bodies and [are known to] look amazing in bikinis, now Yuri, Yoon Jin Yi, Park Eun Ji, and etc., who are relative rookies are gaining a lot of attention for their natural, sporty yet voluptuous bodies.”

Jang Dong Gun and Kim Ha Neul share their thoughts on wrapping up ‘Gentlemen’s Class’







With only two episodes left for SBS‘s ‘Gentlemen’s Class‘, lead roles Jang Dong Gun and Kim Ha Neul shared their thoughts on wrapping up the drama through short handwritten messages.


On August 1st, Jang and Kim’s agency, AM Entertainment, updated their official Facebook page with two new photos of messages written on the last pages of a script.


Jang Dong Gun wrote, “It was a great experience and everybody worked hard… I will remember this for a long time.”


Actress Kim Ha Neul’s message read, “Everybody worked hard and I’m very thankful. I believe this will be another project I’ll never forget. I hope I’ll be able to see everybody again sometime.”


Although the filming already came to an end on July 31st, the last two episodes of ‘Gentlemen’s Class’ will most likely not air until August 11th and 12th due to the 2012 London Olympics.

What’s the first thing BoA does when she gets home?





BoA confessed that she was an avid fan of Korean dramas on the July 28th episode of her SBS comeback show, ‘BoA 4354‘.


Labelmate and best friend Lee Yeon Hee asked what the first thing she did when she returned home was, and BoA replied that she watched dramas. She explained, “I loved watching ‘The Chaser‘ and watch ‘Phantom‘ as well. I watch ‘Gentlemen’s Class‘, and then pay to watch it again on repeat.”


As if to further prove that she was truly a fan of the drama, BoA visited the film set of ‘Gentlemen’s Class’ in support of SM Entertainment actor Kim Min Jong. Her visit was warmly greeted by fellow castmate Kim Soo Ro as well.

BoA reveals the men of ‘SM’s Class’





BoA revealed SM Entertainment‘s version of SBS‘ ‘Gentlemen’s Class‘.


On the 20th, BoA tweeted to Super Junior‘s Eunhyuk, “Eunhyuk! This is the real SM’s Class!” along with the above photo.


The revealed picture showed BoA with SM Entertainment actors, Yoon Da Hoon, Kim Min Jong, Hong Rok Gi, and Lee Jae Ryong.


After seeing the tweet, Eunhyuk replied, “More like the uncle fans of Jumping BoA (BoA’s fan club) than class.” BoA humorously responded, “My uncle fans totally have class okay.”


After seeing ‘SM’s Class’, fans commented, “BoA must be Kim Ha Neul,” “Always full of class if Kim Min Jong is there,” “SM’s version,” “For some reason, I think Hong Rok Gi must be Jung Rok,” and “SM’s Class is friendly.”

Shinhwa to parody ‘Gentlemen’s Class’ with ‘Shinhwa’s Class’





The men of Shinhwa will be parodying the popular drama series ‘Gentlemen’s Class‘ with ‘Shinhwa’s Class’ on July 14th’s episode of ‘Shinhwa Broadcast‘.


The Shinhwa members will come out decked in black suits and tried to imitate the look of Jang Dong Gun‘s expensive designer brooch with band-aids and cheap brooches that costs 100 won (0.08 USD). Shinhwa will also be mimicking Jang Dong Gun’s popular speech patterns from ‘Gentlemen’s Class’, which is sure to bring much laughter.


‘Shinhwa’s Class’ will be a battle between the members to determine who can be the finest gentleman and the members will point out the member who is not acting like a gentleman like by saying, “You are not a gentlemen.“ Since Shinhwa knows each other better than anyone else, they will be revealing who among their members is the most and least like a gentleman.
