Goo Ha-ra bought a house in Cheongdamdong.
On September 3rd, KARA's agency, DSP Entertainment, told that KARA's Goo Ha-ra purchased a house located in Cheongdamdong.
An official from the agency said, "Goo Ha-ra decided to buy the house for asset management purpose, and it is currently going through a remodeling. However, Goo Ha-ra isn't planning to reside there."
Currently, Goo Ha-ra is residing at a villa located near Nonhyundong, and it is said that she will maintain her address even after the remodeling is done.
There is a 37 years old building on the property of 138㎡, and it is said that she bought it for 1,165,000,000KRW.
A lot of people seem to be impressed by Goo Ha-ra's cleverness. An official said, "Nobody advised her for the purchase. It's a private matter, so even we heard it recently."
