2PM’s Wooyoung arrived at the Open Studio for Mnet’s Wide Entertainment News on July 19, where the MCs asked what kind of techniques the young star uses to hit on girls.
Wooyoung quickly replied that he’s never hit on girls before, making the MCs mock him a bit, saying he’s lying.
“I should be learning,” said Wooyoung.
MC Hong Jong Hyun then asked what a man should do to seduce a lady to which Wooyoung replied, “If there is a girl I like, I think the best thing is to be kind. Treat her nicely with a sincere heart and perhaps good conversations will follow.”
Then Hong Jong Hyun suggested that Wooyoung act this out with Yi Sol Ji, pretending that he’s at a club and he’s interested in her.
Wooyoung and Yi Sol Ji stood up as club music began pumping inside the studio, but all Wooyoung could do is ask Yi Sol Ji if she had eaten. When she replied yes, he awkwardly said, “Oh, all right. I’ll see you next time,” leaving Yi Sol Ji dumbfounded.
Hong Jong Hyun wrapped up the scenario by saying, “Wooyoung tried really hard to get into character, but then he saw you and lost his concentration.”
Or perhaps Wooyoung does need a lesson or two on picking up girls. Any volunteers?
