Lee Soo Hyuk and Go Joon Hee Represent ‘Super! Sonic’ Music Festival

As the sister of Japan’s Summer Sonic music festival, the upcoming Super! Sonic festival chose Lee Soo Hyuk and Go Joon Hee as its representatives.

According to the festival′s official website, Lee Soo Hyuk and Go Joon Hee will act as the festival icons, promoting the new concert festival that “combines the strengths of both concerts and festivals."




Lee Soo Hyuk said, “I’m very happy to be representing Super! Sonic. Especially because I’m fans of New Order and Gym Class Heroes, I’m very excited.”

Go Joon Hee also said, “Ever since I was young, I was a Jaurim fan and loved watching Jang Ki Ha’s music videos recently. When I’m filming for The Chaser, I often listen to Gotye’s music during break times, and to hear that they will all be present at the festival has got me really excited.”




Other artists who will perform at Super! Sonic are Smashing Pumpkins, Synthpop, Foster the People, and The Strokes.

The two-day music festival will occur August 14 to August 15 at Olympic Park.
