Lee Min Ho′s Awkward Smile Drives Fans Wild

Lee Min Ho’s recent concepts have involved a whole lot of awkwardness.

On July 18, Lee Min Ho uploaded a few photos of how he’s been doing these days on his Facebook page.

One of them shows him smiling an awkward smile showing his front teeth, while another shows him wearing flip-flops with his warrior costume.

Fans have been going crazy for the photos, as they’ve managed to record tens of thousands of views a day.



The awkward smile photo was taken at a commercial shoot, while the flip-flop photos came from an outdoor shoot for SBS’ Faith.

Lee Min Ho also posted on Facebook on July 18, ‘I think it’s going to rain a lot. Once the [shoot for the commercial] ends, I’ll join the Faith team again! Everyone have a healthy summer.’

A rep from Lee Min Ho’s agency Starus Entertainment said, “He will be playing the role of a warrior in the Goryeo Dynasty, but he will at the same time be showing off a new style. He tried many different hairstyles, and I heard that the warrior costume was made with great care. We’re especially looking forward to the piece because director Kim Jong Hak and scriptwriter Song Ji Na are all showing Lee Min Ho great love and trust.”

Faith will be a fantasy love story between warrior Choi Young (Lee Min Ho) from Goryeo and the modern-day plastic surgeon Yoo Eun Soo (Kim Hee Sun). The two will, at the same time, work together to help make King Gong Min a true king. Its first episode will air on August 13
